Project Architect

Trillium Construction has a Direct Hire Project Architect role available with a privately held real estate company.  

Our clients portfolio includes retail, office space, industrial, hotel, residential, and landholdings.  This is a direct hire role. 

Duties: 
-Responsible for designing commercial and institutional spaces in every aspect.
-Provide preliminary concepts, schematic design, design development and construction documents for various projects to include retail building shells and tenant build outs.
-Prepare site plan drawings and coordinate with civil engineering firms.
-Provide value engineering options when needed to ensure that design intent and code requirements are maintained.  

Full benefit package will be offered.  This is in office role.   
Relocation will be offered. Pay rate is $100 per hour.

Qualifications: 
-Mid-level (5+ yrs) commercial construction Architectural experience
-Licensed Architect and /or degree is a big plus, but not required.
-MUST have experience designing exterior AND interior builds on new builds.
-Retail strip plaza experience is KEY.
-Restaurants, coffee shops, banking establishments, big box
-Will look at hotel and mixed-used exp as well
-Ability to work along side other construction and engineering firms
